It was my tires on the dd black wheels. When Steve & I took them off to do my springs, I don't remember noticing anything. I wish I had inspected them more the night before I drove to the Beach. It musta happened driving over some rough roads on the way to the auto-x.

 

Sup guys, I just got an evo 9. I bought it from a member on here named mudduck. Are some of you organizing a drag strip meet? I saw 8thwonder wants to run some times on his ride. I used to autox as well when I went to Clemson. I havn't done it in a while.

I went to Darlington one time and that was rained out. Darlington's a good piece from Charleston, but it's one of the better quarter miles in the state. There's been no interest in getting out to a track though, or it would seem any other kind of meet.

I got bored Saturday with all that damn rain man, so I relocated my t/t from the steering column, to the cubby hole under the HVAC. Looks really clean. Got a steering column single gauge pod, for when I get my UEGO.

Nothing much, Scott. There's another track called Jackson outside of N. Augusta. Those are the only 2 quarters I know about. If there are others, I'm not aware of them. Speaking of Darlington, the guy from Pinks All Out will be there this weekend doing the arm drop...

 

Is that something you would be interested in attending? I just want to get some time slips. I'd like to pay for a cheaper test and tune night than an event.

 

I didn't know about the one outside of North Augusta. And to baldie gonna be there.

Some guy here at work tells me that Pinks all out is going to be in Charlotte?? Have you heard this? I have been to lazy to search the internet for more info.

 

LOL! I'm not that confident in my drag racing abilities! I haven't done it since '03 or '04 sometime around then! I'll have to check their schedule of when they'll be up and running test & tune again. I have the email they sent me filed...

 

I have no idea about Charlotte. I don't think this is a Pinks All Out in Darlington, just something where the guy does his thing...I think it's gonna be set up the same though.

I think they do test and tune at darlington on saturdays. These week has been taken up for an event though.

 

Yeah they do. They used to do it on Wednesdays too.
