I didn't post on the forums, I just id'd who I needed to message over there. Hopefully you get a response, they seem to be relatively helpful.
As far as ways to lock the ECU, I don't have that much experience with any of the GM ECUs, but I have read about how tuners can lock it so that it can't be reflashed at all or read. Thats a bit different than what's done with the Evo ecu where it can still be read/written from the ECU, it just can't be read by a rom editor(my understanding).
I've heard conflicting reports that if the ECU is locked that you wont even be able to reflash it back using the TecII. . . but you may want to try and find someone with one and see if they can reflash it back to stock.
Edit: I just saw that you had it tuned before, I'd get in contact with that guy. .

Yeah, I made a post about it in their help forums. The responses were "turn the key on" and link to installing a driver, which was already installed. I deleted all of it and reinstalled everything, and will try again in lil while.
Yeah, there is a way to lock the ECU, but i think you can do that with the Mitsu's too? IDK

I have been looking for a resonably priced evo 8 lately, but havent foung the right one to get yet. I keep getting conflicting answers to my questions, so Im going to pick the one that sounds best to be and try it 
If it dont work, i will reload the begining tune.
Oh, my ECU wasnt locked, looking at the area where you can lock them, my ECU says that it can not be locked. Goodie for me I guess.
Im stuck on figuring out how the GM ECU calculates the injector scalings and pulse widths and crap. I think I have figured 1/2 of it out and will be trying it tonite hopefully. Wish me luck, cuz I will need lots of it!

Also we should stay at the same hotel...that would be fun...The 1 hotel they posted is booked so I think I'm gonna call up the Days Inn @ 2065 Cedar Creek Rd, their # is (910) 483-6191....

I was doing some 2nd + 3rd gear testing today, just to see how it feels in a low gear romping on it around corners..
to be honest, it feels like my green as far as spool but a tad later.
It just hits alot harder once you get it spooled, so i'll need to be careful, trying to power out of turns at full throttle could be interesting...
If i could get it to rotate a tad more i'd be lovin it.
Update* There will be "NO" Freestyle Music Park event in November.
Just found out..
But the December 5th event there is still 100% on.....
