I hear ya. I don't know where I'm going to stay. I'm going to call David tonight and see what he thinks. So probably before the holiday weekend is out I should have a place too.

Looks like the Travelodge in Sandusky. $109/Fri, $129/Saturday.

 

I am going to book us at the Microtel in Sandusky... Its only $194 for the weekend thru Orbitz.

 

Cool deal. It's not that far away if I remember correctly. It's not that bad a drive to Buschur's or the track from Sandusky. You actually pass the dragstrip on the way to Buschur's from Norwalk.

I called up there. I got a confirmation number after I called back today.

 

I will prob make our reservations tomorrow.... Did you have to put a one night deposit down? Or just a charge card deposit?

 

Card to hold the reservation. That's the reason I normally don't use a travel site but just call instead. Most of the time the price is the same, within a few dollars anyway, and they don't get your money up front.
