has anybody else every seen the red ix. i always see the guy going the opposite way around town, didnt know if anybody has met him. i also saw a red viii with ix tails a books a million the other night. i didnt stick around to meet him or her cause i was on my way the pick up the ring.

 

yes i have been following the thread ric. i just do not live in the fayette'nam area. i am actually in burlington. i drill with the guard unit in raeford which is why i am only seen every so often. yes i am in need of a tune but i am pretty sure i will not be here in feb but i will know for sure in about a week or so. i may try and make down to a FF to check it out. and thanks for the invite my name is shaun by the way.

 

well, if you are need of a tune, i may know someone to help you ... if you cant get an AMS tune, which by far is preferred, i will work with ya with what i know to see if we can get your car where it should be... if you are going to be down here again anytime soon. Do you have a wideband O2 ? also, if you give me a list of your mods, i will see what i can do. We arent really talking right now, but freshsrt-4 is going to start tuning when he gets back from the dirt in mar/apr timeframe... he has a LM-1 to tune with. Not sure what he is charging, but that is an option as well. i can help you out sooner then that though if you are interested, just let me know.... what mods do you have by the way ? do you have a tune already or still running the stock map

ric, i am still on the stock map. i just decided recently to start with mods. anyway, here is my not so great list of mods: injen intake w/ upper piping, megan ex. mani, megan o2 outlet pipe, injen downpipe, megan exhaust, walbro fuel pump, forge mbc, nisei licp (on order). like i said, it not the best but it is a start. i may switch back to factory air box and different panel filter.

 

hell get you a good tune with those mods and you will get at least half a second if not more....................anyways been in the dumps lately with work and all. gonna be at your house jason for the exhaust job??

Dyno was a no go. They don't have the enough tie-down points to strap down my car without the hooks rubbing on my exhaust. Once they get some more pots drilled into the cement we should be good to go.

cain, just chime in whenever you get back and we will get together and see what we can do... you should get in on the AMS tune if you will be around, cant beat those guys and tuning.

CPD, sorry to hear about the results... Hopefully the new turbo dave is getting in will make some better power.... the right man is on the case
