Word...and to anyone still running stock turbo, look into the ported manifold and stainless O2. I use to pull on Rics car on the highway but last night it was neck-n-neck with him getting the jump in the lower RPM.

Time to work on my tune!

 

yours o2 install was just as much a PITA as Sean's was hopefully when we switch mine over it will be smooth sailing (knocking on wood...lol)

just think of how much of a difference youll get w/ a new ported and coated hotside on top of the mani and O2 housing. cant wait to tinker around w/ mine!

I was on the way to the store today to get a few things and was sitting at a stop sign as one of Fayettevilles finest drove by. Needless to say he pulled over further up the road and let me drive past him andthen proceededto pull me over for my tint..... He gave me a warning and I supposedly have to get it fixed within 10 days. Whats funny is I was just defending cops in another thread, thats the last time I do that. I probably jinxed myself...lol

woops! did I forget to hook up the wastegate line. I'm used to having a cap on my intake because I tee off the BOV. buttplug

yeah... it was easy to overlook because my line is pretty well hidden, and because i didnt take my wastegate off like we did with yours, so would of been no reason to look down there really. i discovered it about 10 feet down the road from the end of mine.

sorry about the tint, i had the same thing happen to me on my 03, stupid thing was, i was doing 50 in a 45, a car flies by me doing at least 60 to 65... my radar detector the whole time screaming like hell.... i begin to laugh because i knew what was coming, but instead, i get the tint ticket lol.... FPD scrubs.

ries... what % tint do you have? i was thinking about tinting mine but i'm not sure if i want to or not. i would be like the 4th or 5th white evo in town with tinted windows. we would never be able to tell us apart from each other

 

i'm wrong.. we would know cause mine is the slowest..

 

LOL, well if you'd mod it, we wouldnt know any better... 35% is legal in NC, i think he is running 20% as well as a lot of other people
