hey yall how much should i sell my greddy bov for?

 

I think I now rate a fail crew member slot, my car has 6993 miles on her, and i was leaving the dealership yesterday, took a right turn on to western, while shifting from first to second, it sounded like something jumped up from under the car and bounced around or like a missile hit the motor and......BOOOOMMM!!!!!!!!!! block pieces and oil everywhere! I was able to cruise right into the mall parking lot, and had the wife come get me and i went got all the the stockies and tools and got her back to stock form in about three hours. dropped her off at dealership, just playin the waiting game now. post pics later.

 

hey Bob if you get a sale for the LICP..you can sell it...im confused as to what im doing..Im looking for an MR to save me the trouble of doing the swap..so im at a croosroads right now.

Dayum Luke, hopefully they cover that under a warranty. I would play absolutely dumb when they ask any questions. If they say..Hey..wasn't this the car with the intake and stuff...deny everything!! They will void your warranty so fast if they know that.

stock_evoIX..just so you know the ets licp will work on any evo with the stock "location" turbo, so weather it's an evo 8 or 9, MR or not, it will fit.

Well I showed up at the dealership and they already had the ticket written up and said they would let me know asap, they said if they wrote it off, they would find me a new one as they werent getting anymore in till the 2010 model. If I could a 4g63 mr motor i would so fast, lol at least theres an engine i know my way around!! lol

holy *****!!!! Dude, check out that catch can! Full of oil! Can you see where the hole is in the block? I'm betting it's a rod failure. Oh boy...everyone keep their fingers crossed they cover it for him!

If not, we'll do a fail-ville (read Jacksonville) car wash to raise funds! hahahaha

no i couldnt see the hole, with the way the engine is angled since the intake mani is in front now, its was blocked, im hoping to get some pics from the dealer, ill call tomorrow..
