Sup guys, just left stealerson and they tried selling me the evo x with 9k miles for 39k and the 02camaro ss 35th annvs. with 30kmiles for 34k. What a rip off...

So everything is in except the clutch, which went from them covering it to them not covering it. So i finally went to see the progress, cuz I hadnt heard from them and they said they were trying to call me for a few days, they had the wrong number, so i went ahead and ordered a new clutch since the tranny is already down and apart, no sence going through that friggin process again, so i should have her back by next week.

 

and as i was pulling in there, there was another rr evo x pulling in smelling all nasty, had an aftermarket exhaust on it, the pipes were so big on it they looked like they had bends in them that almost touched the ground, very unattractive, and they stuck out way to far from the bumber. just though id share that love piece of info that some riced out and screwed up a perfectly good car.

 

Yeah well explain how I can run a 12.35@113.92, 12.64@116.91, 12.30@117.85 and a 12.31@118.74 at anywhere from 23-25psi. I was busting a whopping 2.0 60 fts too. Bogging something fierce, felt like I was driving a Honda waiting for VTEC like in my Honda days. Gonna have to raise the two step and raise the boost. Was told I will probably be trapping 122-125 soon enough. I have to get the times back down.

 

I think you still made out on this deal. Please tell me you upgraded it. Do not put another stocker in there, you already know it was almost destroyed at 6000+ miles. Not even worth putting another one of those back in.

 

That's strange. I'm sure you have to re-learn launching it with your new setup. I was bogging the crap out of mine..but it may have been bc the clutch was moments from disaster. I just checked UPS and they delayed my manifold shipment until monday. WTF

I dont have one to upgrade to, but im gonna get one soon enough though. and im not gonna track it or beat on it either this time, just gonna drive her normal and break her in good and thats it.
