Also to do a "REAL" vaccuum test you would need to use a 2000 dollar smoke machine but that is the only REAL way to do it. Im sure a shop down there around you has what they call a "smoke" machine. if its a good one you dont even do anything but hook it up to wherever u wanna check (exhaust, mani vaccum, a/c lines, whatever) and it pressurizes them.. and then fills them with smoke if it senses a pressure drop.
I swapped in a stock sensor from Jason. I know what you mean about the o2 sensors. The front is what the ecu uses to calibrate the a/f ratios. There is a column for that...but what then is o2 feedback? I have a log, and the o2 feedback numbers go crazy, and as soon as they do that, the crappy idle thing starts. You can see it in the log.

send it to me, but im guessing it will be like before, where there is something wrong somewhere mechanically.
I've got another idea also... is there any chance you could put back in your old map sensor ? the stock one... and then copy your fuel table, timing tables, mivec tables, immobilizer code, and injector scaling/latencies onto a stock IX rom ? ..... that way we can rule out anything hidden in the rom and/or the map sensor being bad.

sure can. I'm open for ANYTHING. I cleaned the MAF today..did another boost leak test. I heard a very slight noise coming from the center section of the turbo??? I rechecked all the bolts that I loosened to clock it, but they were all tight. No other leaks otherwise. Yeah...as far as my rom I know you put the one on there that didn't have the JDM xml file...I think. Also my NLTS figures are way wacky too...like 65k rpm drop! hahaha I need to get that straight.
This is a totally noob question...but how/where do I know what IX ROM mine is stock? I've been using the 88590015. Is that right? Can I see that somewhere in ecuflash when I dwnld the ROM?

With the turbo, sometimes you have to pull it apart and put a small bead of silicone in there to seal things up. That should help that.
You can find the rom you are using in ecuflash. Look in the column with all of the settings in it. Above everything you can see, you will notice another drop down menu that noone ever notices. select that... you are using the 88590015 rom... i just checked
Also, check your email... new rom in the box

Man, thanks a lot. I have tons of things memorized...immobilizer code...ROM...crap like that. I've just messed with this stuff so much everything is jumbling together. I'm gonna go check that out.
Justin, the local shop here has a o2 scan tool. I'm going to hit them up sometime to figure out what's the deal with the o2. I'm just wondering why the car is complaining about the front o2 having no activity when evoscan logs it perfectly fine??

no... zeitronix units can allow you to not use a front O2, they will simulate the signal for the ECU by reading what your wideband is reading so the data going to the ecu is more accurate
