What's going on? I'm sitting here researching newer versions of evoscan. Looks like there's a 2.7 ver5 out but not much testing yet.

I upgraded a while back and the damn thing wouldn't log wideband for more than a few seconds before it would stop logging wideband. I went back to the version I had before in order to be able to log again. Pain in the *** if you ask me.

Hmm..I read that about a couple guys with the UEGO's. I would just like a version that can clear DTC's. My CEL came on AGAIN while driving. It's almost always been the po300 so I've been ignoring it.

I'm going to the mail box now to see if the hallman is here. I think the forge may work with the heavy spring. I did 2 logs, only to 6k or so, and it was holding above 31psi the whole time. We can try to retune with either, then I'll just sell whichever we don't use.

I got an OBD reader for Christmas, you can borrow it. Knock on wood, I haven't needed it for a while now.

That's cool. I usually swing by auto zone to read the code and clear it. The Hallman is here. I'm sending you this log now..

haha ok..is it a permanent disable? Also, when trying to use maptracer to view a log, it's complaining it can't fing my base 9 rom. I tried loading it into the lower graph through my computer...as well as a folder that I have a base rom saved to and it refuses to open??

i havent dealt with that in forever, i stopped using map tracer awhile ago.

The 0300 is a permanent disable until you or i reenable it again.

Its just like disabling the EGR or anything else.

I think my favorite addition to the ecu stuff is the making the car pass its OBD2 tests lol

haha yeah, It's pretty amazing what what they have come up with. That's cool about a permanent disable. I've read/been told it's notorious with the cossies upon start up to throw that code for some reason.

I just like to view the map tracer after doing a log and not pulling over to look for knock and stuff. I just got it working though. I had to use a base rom that was within computer/program files/evoscan/roms. Not a saved version I had in a folder.
