Once again the 9s have dodged me. We did get in a couple runs, but none that were any good. Car wasn't acting right, so we pulled and replaced the plugs. Went out to pull on the street and car ran awesome! Go back to the track and BAM!! We think that either the t-case or differiential finally let go. Sucks, but we've had somewhere between 25 & 30 pulls with 800+ hp and 40,000 miles on those two stock components. I'd say that was pretty damn good. No fluids leaked, so neither of the housing were busted, probably just gearing inside destroyed. Gonna drain some fluids this week and see which one has the damage. On another note just wanna again thank Kasey for all his hard work and Cosmo Motorsports for all their help. The guys up there just rebuilt the tranny and it felt really, really good. Hopefully we can get this problem fixed rather quickly and go back and get that damn 9 real soon. Car seems to get better and better every time we tinker with it.
Don't let these minor setbacks stop you from achieving your goal..your so close!
Nah, it won't stop me. This is why it's such a big deal to actually run 9s. So many try, so few actually do it. We have been so close, but every time its been little things that kept us from doing it. Now it's time to soup up the drive train a little and I'm pretty confident we'll get it.

That really sucks, I was pumped to see you guys get it done! The track finally started hooking up and the red beast was just tired!
