Well I Picked up a gates racing belt and balancer belt for 120 shipped and a tentioner for 80 shipped all new stuff as well will be replacing water pump and surp belt so all we can do hope for the best. But to my surprise it didn't bend any valves I think cuz even while I was still trying to find my problem I compression checked it and it blew 165 across the board.

 

Oh it's fixed all right. It's fixed REAL good. You done fixed it!

 

I need new brake pads ASAP. Those HAwk HP Plus pads are squeeling like I've never heard before. What should I get for 100% everyday street driving and where? I'm ready to get rid of these things.

The squeel is AWFUL. I've never heard anything that high pitched AND loud in my life!

 

hp+ are loud as hell man... maybe you wanna try the hps pads?

 

i dont want to "try" anything lol, I want it to work and be quiet. I really dont care about the high performance break pads, just looking for something that makes me stop quietly.

 

ps - i didn't mean to get the hawk hp+ pads but i incorrectly ordered, and underestimated what they meant by "loud"

 

I really like the Ferodo DS 2500s and the Racing Brake ET500's. They both do not squeal and leave very little dust. But your rotors could be glazed and that is fixable. Let me know if I can help.

PS I also know of a decent pad that will be close to stock.
