John, if you could hook it up, you have two of us to add to tote up there. We were planning on "borrowing" a two-car hauler from a shop here you're very familiar with, but the truck's transmission is broke down. We are off from the Thursday before the Shootout until the following Tuesday, so count us in if you can help with the trailer.


I'm sure the other guys would be down for doing this, so with all of our money together, gas shouldn't be as horrible.

 

Will watching the NHRA race at Summit Motorsport park in Norwalk,Ohio. They have recently repaved the 1/4 track.

Add me to the list and I will share cost for the trip, gas, room, etc.

John, about the transport truck, I don't know if my car is worthy of a trip to the Shoot-Out, where so many Hi powered cars will run; But if the price is low enough, I will consider it.

The time is almost here... 5 more weeks... What r we doing?

 

Ruff plays for Lil'Rico, JestR and 04AWDTURBOEVO will be leaving Orlando 13 Aug between 11:00-3:00 (still in planning stages)
They will head up 95 and meet with the Jaxs guys that are leaving with them:tigeron, jaxredevo1
These two are planning the long way up to Norwalk and Vacation route LUNARFX,SPYDR-QT.

I believe we are going straight up to Norwalk via Google maps. 95 to 26 in SC to 77 on up to Norwalk. But will get with the Oralndo guys to try and set a route soon.

 

Well looks like we are out for that caravan then... We are leaving on the 15th.... Is there anyone else planning on leaving on the 15th?

Usually always is just a couple that actually do it. The last couple of years I've just met David at the 2 Notch Rd. exit on I77 N at the BP station, usually about 4 am. So we probably can meet there or an even better place might be the new Walmart at Killian Rd. so in case anybody needs to pick up any last minute items, etc. Plus it's big enough and right off the interstate where nobody will miss it. We'll figure it out though.
