I was thinking if your evoscan is showing cooler temps than the cluster gauge then it could be a faulty sensor (small one in front of the TSTAT) which can be sourced at autozone for $15. Another thing to check for is if you have the proper ground wiring. I ended up running a direct ground to the Tstat housing on my setup.

Well its operating normally now. I think moisture was screwing with me.

Now its just the car starting to slowly run hot when the Ac is on. I tested again today and I let it climb to 218 before turning off the AC.

And again the temps dipped a little lower when I was slowing down and getting of the highway then when I was cruising. I'm just about ready to try another radiator. Waiting for Chad from CBRD to get back to me or to hear about pricing on ToxicFab's offerings.

I am on the stock TStat and wired the slim fan to the stock fan module. But i have only started experiencing this issue after i put a mini radiator setup on.

Koyo....
I had one that had small leaks (very small) so I thought it may somehow be related and replaced it with another newer one and still same issue.

not sure on the cfm fan, but do u mean a low temp thermostat?
makes sense, to allow it to circulate more and compensate for the loss of cooled fluids. but keep in mind, i am only over heating on teh cluster gauge and not the secondary thermocouple that feeds the ecu.
for example, my cluster would read fully hot to the redline, and my evoscan reads normal at 195F.
Thanks justin!

mmmm ok, i will upgrade it as it makes sense from the cooling point of view, but I dont know if it will actualy help fix my issue as it seems to be air pocket related.
justin, do u have one of these?

Luckily I do have a Spal fan on there but the 123 model # doesn't seem to exist. So will give the Tstat a try and see how it works.
order has been placed, thanks for the help everyone
