All those injuries......former military? Man I feel for you and yeah kids going to college.....puts things in perspective. The Focus RS thats coming out is a new model for eery region including its home in Europe. Its using the same motor out of the 4 cylinder Mustang so its no slouch but still everything right down to the AWD is supposed to be new.

I was in a nasty car accident when I was 19 and barely made it through. They actually called my mom from the hospital and told her I didn't make it.
Ironically, I joined Air Force ROTC but was unable to stay in because of the injuries...
Do you know if the Focus RS will have a paddle-shift option? Right now it's looking like my post-Evo options are the RS, the Golf R, or perhaps one of the WRX variants...
BJ sorry for not getting back to you this weekend. My sister and Tabi didnt get back from the beach until like 11 sat night so I didnt even make it to Raleigh. That and i was at the shop till almost 5am Sat morning so i was pretty beat. We will get up one night this week for sure I am in dire need of a cold adult beverage night. My sister lives right next to that Rudinos off Edwards mill so we are going to check that out

I got the same thing. After those dudes quoted me $800 for shocks labor 4 corners I vowed to not go back.
On another note, I found my new in box --SOLD-- while swapping the diff on my bimmer. If any of you guys want it at a great price PM me. I'll give it a few days before posting on the FS section.

I've had a BR intake forever. Never used it and its bnib. I have had so many issues selling stuff to people I think I'm done doing it. Not worth the hassle after you let your **** go or peanuts.
Good to see everyone who made it out to the Evo Meet at Leith yesterday. Definitely a better turnout than I expected. Pretty good RalliArt turnout as well...
The Leith guys were actually pretty cool as well. Other than a couple of questions of "Who does your service?" they didn't pester us, and they had pretty much unlimited hot dogs with toppings, bottled water, and Pepsi soft drinks (although I prefer Coke). We even got Evo t-shirts and swag bags just for showing up...
Overall, a pretty good time talking with other Evo and Lancer owners. Leith is talking about doing this twice a year going forward...once in the Spring and once in the Fall, as it was quite hot yesterday. Hope to see you at the next one!
