Yeah, I heard there was going to be a lot of people out tonight. I may drive the evo out there to see if I can improve my times, but I don't think she'll hold up to the abuse.

Wish I would have seen this earlier..what about tomorrow? Anything going on at MMP ?
Spec is good about standing behind their stuff. they did me good, but I was guinea pig for the 6 speed. My OEM clutch lasted 40,000 hard miles. Guys who ride their clutches wear them out sooner. Just like brake pads, same principle. Slipping = heat = excessive wear.

On another note I finally got the Evo on the road, lots left to do but here she is in all her glory-->

sorry for crappy phone camera pics. Still have rear GTC CF Wing to install and rear Voltex CF under diffuser as well as front CF under diffuser. She is only 4 inches off the ground in front. Looks good but have to raise her up or else.

Spec clutches are good products, only thing better IMHO is the Tilton, but at $3500...I'm with Kenny a clutch isa clutch

cool deal. I might head out to mmp with the laptop and see if I can't help Xsiv out with his NLTS knock and a couple other things.

Thanks for the help Kenny!

I ran a personal best of 12.3 @ 113 not using nlts. I only got one run in after kenny showed up and the launch was a dud but he did get rid of most of the nlts knock in a single swoop and I should be able to get rid of the rest.

Car looked good Shawn. Your trap speeds are great for the mods you have done on pump gas. Get an FMIC and the Evo 9 turbo on there.

Thanks!

How many mph do you think it will pick up with the evo9 turbo and ebay o2 housing? Think it'll get me to 116mph? Right now I'm still running the 9.8 hotside. The intercooler will have to wait until I have an income...

dude we're going to jack your name up for the foreseeable future. not so much out of spite, but just because in the heat of combat that's just how that works out.

Is anybody else at work today just biding time until wednesday afternoon? I literally am just sitting here not really doing anything for 3 days this week so that I can collect a paycheck. Its nice, but its also going by REALLY slow.

Lol, I'm keeping busy, but nothing important. I've got a project I need to do, but people get kinda testy when you want to down a couple T3's this close to the holidays
