i need a bumper... anyone have one for me!? i dont care what it is... stock 8/9 aftermarket... i just want a bumper!!!

 

So after waiting all week I got my new plug for my transmission for my car. Of course, they sent the wrong one. They sent the drain and not the fill. No one seems to understand that they arent the same. So I am completely desperate now, and im guessing I will be going to Lowes and trying to figure out something to work. I know the dealer will make me eat the cost of this stupid bolt and the shipping even though they totally F'd up. He charged me extra for the washer that goes with it...even though theres a washer included with the bolt. I Honestly believe that people who work in part distribution places are f****** retards and I hope they all die.

 

ive been to no problems... the track is awesome but the compound of the tarmac is HORRIBLE... i'll have to look into munford.. going any more north than montgomery is a long haul for me

parts counter people and the guys that order parts for the mechanics are two different entities. If at all possible you want to talk to the latter not the former, as they don't tend to make stupid mistakes. Parts counter peeps are, whats the word, typically slow. Its best if you just hand them a part number and request a price.

Munford is about 1.5 hours north of Montgomery, by Talladega (its called talladega grand prix). The drive is actually fun.

If he's parting things out I might could use a few things.

 

I don't know that he's going to part the whole thing out, but I've heard rumors of a driveline swap into something else, so I don't think he'd need what few panels were in good shape, interior, etc.

 

Hey guys. Been a while since I have been on here. With work and the Jefferson County Commission going crazy, I have been busy. I plan on attending the event at the dog track Sunday if anyone wants to meet up. Also, a friend of mine has a stock bumper sitting in his basement where he got a body kit. I will check and see if he will let it go. It is white also.
