I had a fubar wreck like that xmas, Hit a tree head on and walked away from it. Just glad we are fortunate enough to be alive and well.

Thanks Q. Yea, I think it did all sorts of things, end-o's barrels. man, 20 feet would have made all the difference, we'da just slid off into a ditch for a ways (course, 20 feet shorter and we'da slid off into a culvert and probably been launched WAAY up in the air.

looking at the dirt marks and parts trail it pretty much did its own thing on the excursion through the weeds.

Good seeing some of you guys today, Congrats Q, car looked really good (As did the manifolds).

 

I didn't meet anyone other than the ppl I knew but it was nice to have the evo community show up.

 

It turned out to be a better show then I thought it would. A lot of Evos were there.

 

Any one got pics from IFO??? We missed it due to the Southeast divisional autocross in GA. but heard it was great!! post em up!!

 

Anyone here in the Ft. Rucker area?

I didn't even walk around the show, watched the racing from the Tent and spent most of the time finishing the car. I only have pictures of my own car which isnt much but a stock exterior. Im sure one of the members took plenty of pics. Ill post the Import Alabama ones up when they are published.

 

Here are a few pics that I and some of my friends took. We had allot of fun, which is what it's all about. Was great to see Kenny walking around, excluding the scars and abrasions he wore. Lots of Evos were in attendance, we got to hangout even though we braved the rain and very muggy conditions. The attendance was down due to the rain predicted all week for that Sunday. Unfortunately lots of racers stayed home. We did all talk about definitely meeting up and going to the upcoming "Import Alliance" in Nashville July 17-18th. I am fairly sure that They have AutoX, Time Attack, car show, drag racing etc..

Here we are waiting in line outside the gate. I think we got there 2 about 8:30am. Andrew and I stayed up all night working on one of ym project Evos and also my Evo and his Bososzuko Truck. No sleep at all for 36 hours straight !


Next Here I am sporting my new Rear Wing Setup. I fabbed up the custom risers on Saturday night. Everybody is kidding me bout these as the wing at in the shop for 6 months until I finally fabbed them up and installed them at the very last minute. You know me, we like to work under pressure. The Spec crew was in attendance sporting their new clutches...oh the super sweet all carbon 5 disc design..oh my


My buddy Sean was driving the Evo. I was so tired from the all night fab-a-thon that it was better if he drived so I could take pics.


Next is Marco getting out of his Super Sexy White MR. We are working with Marco to get him faster. Complete New brake rotors/pads/Stainless lines ordered and coming his way. Also custom EPM intake Manifold materials got ordered tonight..moar Powah coming soon !

Andrew Holdbrooks crazy Bosozuko JDM style Mazda B220 truck. All 8 feet high dual exhausts, 10 foot high rear wing that is 8feet wide and will cut your head off if you are tall enough. Custom VMount intercooler for the upcoming 7MGE supra motor being swapped in the truck in the next week or so.

btw, The only event I know that goes on at IA is the time attack. there was supposed to be some drifting at past events, but their insurance got yanked at the last minute. It could be different this year, but I doubt it.
