ALABAMA.. who is all here?
Yes, the same guy that tuned my car and most evo s around here. Awesome tuner, does really great job with lots of options for tunes. My wife's car and my car run solid with no issue on the tunes what so ever. C
He might give you the ricer flame option if you ask him nicely.
He's really good with the stock ECU, I'll probably get him to tackle some street tuning action now that I have a better grasp on how AEM works.

I never thought something as simple as an aftermarket ECU could really take the fun out of the hobby, but jesus christ, I have *never* in my life been as beside myself with this degree of frequency. This proefi has just about ruined what little fun I've ever managed to get from the volvo.
It's wonderfully consistent: If it worked yesterday, it's not going to work today. Even if you didn't touch a ****ING THING. nope. Crank up? hah! that's for mere mortals. Coils? ****, you don't need coils, lets just go ahead and nuke those for you while you try and crank the car.
The near total lack of documentation should have been a major red flag before I bought this thing, but the guys on the phone said "no problem, it'll work great, we can answer any questions you have". followed by "Well I'm not actually a tuner, so I can't really say for sure"

but, evo content... the evo still runs great. I should drive it more often than once every two weeks. I think I'll give it a bath tomorrow and go vent some frustration. *******it I love the evo for that fact alone. It's my Prozac

I will be driving my car around all thursday/friday working out any/all kinks i might have so i should be good for some miles on it.
So, the reason I've made little progress on my rebuild has arrived!
At 8:01 2/2/11, Isla Marie Hardy joined our family!!! She's 4lbs 11oz's, 18 inches.
Amy made her 7th visit to St. Vincent's since 22 weeks. After early contractions, months of bedrest, a bout with cholestasis, and finally a heart rate of 160 this last visit, Isla got to the point where she would be healthier in the NICU. So the doc decided to do a C section at 34 weeks. She'll most likely spend a week or two in the NICU but she is doing fabulous so far, no oxy tent, heart rate looks good, and OMG she has a full head of hair.
anywho, I'll try not to gush anymore, but here she is:
