How was every ones weekend?? we got measurements for the suits on Saturday, and I installed hallman MBC on the blue beast on Sunday. it was hot as a ****!!.

 

I had my inlaws in town, so naturally I was wrenching on the car :P

I got my alignment on saturday at Trussville Tire, which I might add the guys there are awesome to work with. They went above and beyond to get my stupid car within specs without me having to buy a bunch of adjustable arms and camber plates. It drives like a new car now. hopefully no tire wear, and it's not twitchy on the interstate anymore.

Now I've gotten brave with my wiring... I'm in the middle of relocating my fuse box to right behind my headlight. No more wires in the engine bay.

 

Speaking of Moody, I have been looking at houses up in that area. One question.. What the hell is there to do in Moody?

 

Not a damn thing.... except hitting deer lol. It's a place to live, not be social. Trussville is only 10 minutes away though.

 

HAHAHA.. nothing to do but hit deer.. WOW ok i love that.. your stuck between going to trussville and pell city.. stuffs around.. but u gotta know where to look

Figured I'd drop in and introduce myself. I've been on the forums for quite a while, in the Midwest, but am in the process of relocating to Huntsville, AL. I've got an '05 WW VIII that has a decent amount of work done to it. Here's a couple of pics...

Anyone here ever played around with moving your battery to the trunk?! its something im been debating for a while now... just not sure if its worth while or not!?

 

I got my battery in the trunk. Now my engine bay looks bare. :}

BTW: from " tracking the car point of view" having the batterry in the trunk is not the safe-est place for it. if u want cleaner install do it , if not, get the small battery kit.

you can still get a house for a very decent price in Turssville and the value is sure to keep on going up. so IF i was buying a house, I'd pick Turssville over Moody, but Moody will prob get more property than Turssville tho. so IDK.
