it works fairly well. you'll want some serious gloves tho when using it. Guy was good with the price you offered, and was going to check on the plastics, but he thought he didn't really have anything you'd want in that regard.

 

Ha well driving around with no front bumper kills everything. So I have none of the fender linings! Or under tray! I was thinking how we can make it work, drive my truck there or Evo bumperless. Unless you have a way? I could hook you up with a cheap uhaul rate ha!

(all my tickets got dropped yestruday in court, oh so happy)
speeding/reckless/eluding/2stop signs/1 red light/no insurance/no id/no tag.. cop was FULL OF IT! just cuz he didnt catch me till i was at my house and i gave him mouth, judge dropped all the tickets because 3 were 100% bull and he couldnt proove any of the others. oh and my reckless that i got 2 months ago was dropped also last week, same damn bham cop thats why my court date got bumped up for so soon, filed suite against him for harrassment. and i offical do have 0 points on my license, no tickets within the past 3 years, none in bham in the past 7years.. found that out when i was in court, i was surprised.. still
got a notag ticket for my work truck i gotta go to court for in shelby county next week.. but my boss is taken care of that since he was to lazy to get a tag for my work truck.. lol

yall have fun. I'll be in huntsvegas. I finally got my software issues sorted out on my laptop, I can log AFRS in evoscan again! Not sure what the deal was, I got tired of running into stupid little problems, xml defs didn't work no matter what editor I used (notepad, wordpad, several dedicated editers), the lc-1 wouldn't talk to evoscan (it kept popping up some ****ed up error), but when you've got 4 years worth of maps and various versions of tuning software not to mention all the other **** I had on the thing, you hate to reload.

oh well. I ripped that bandaid off and the **** is working great now. time to tune the kelfords

 

Hey folks, I brought my Evo down, finally. I'm in HSV, usually hit the DQ and Sonic meet ups. Hopefully get a chance to hit the track with some of ya'll soon.

 

I'm taking the Red up to Oxford tomorrow and dropping it off at the body shop. I'm still trying to round up all the body parts that need replacing. I got a couple of leads on some Voltex stuff. Got allot on my plate at the moment or I'd be all over getting together. I need every free second I have to finish up the shop.

 

I will be up there tomorrow evening to sunday some time.. whats this DQ and sonic meetup you speak of?

Any body got any Ideas about an aftermarket Oil Cooler? Mine is toast from the wreck and I need a new one. I feel that I can do better for $500 with an aftermarket one. If I have to fab brackets to fit then that's no problem. I might could even market something like this. Thought maybe someone had already hit up summit/jegs/etc...
The Red is at the Body shop, hopefully next week we can start making some progress on her. I've got a terrible boost leak which gave me 11's just cruising on I-20 up to Oxford. Just horrible gas mileage, reminds me of when my clutch was slipping making me run so rich. My rear bumper was totally black when after only 100 miles we pulled into the shop.
I've got a few leads on some body parts, just need to weed through all of them to see where they take me. Hopefully all Voltexed out.....trying to also decide a paint scheme/design for the carbon fiber hood and front bumpers. I want some CF showing, but not look like an unpainted black front on a red car....lol....
