Yup it happened. I wake to find my Evo gone from my parking lot. Was stolen Wed. Feb 11 around 530am. Just a heads up everybody this is the 7th evo taken from around my area in the last few months. Protect your car, keep it in the garage.

I will have some stock parts availible for sale shortly considering I don't have a car to put them back onto.

i've never heard of a stolen evo? how did they bypass the rf fuel kill?

Flat bed tow truck is one way to do it.

Our local locksmith can have a key cut & programmed and all it takes is on bad egg to take advantage.

Ther was no drag marks, no glass, no nothing they even used my sunpass as they got on the turnpike to go south.

Did you have an alarm on it? My EVO is w/o an alarm and I stress out about it. I'm installing one this weekend.

 

I hope so too I have all my records for my mods, plus the car was mint, had it for 2 years and there was only 20k miles on it

 

I was pricing out alarm, and lo-jack and stuff on monday. It was so close to being protected from peices of sh*t that steal cars

 

Sounds like someone has been watching you and my have gotten your Vin and had a Key made Sorry to here man... Its a good think my car can't even start right now with no Starter in it waiting on the new one to get here in a week and a half Thats my anti theft for now..

Hey do you know any of the other Stores for the Evos that where stolen? They could all be linked some how??? Something like that happened in my area too but they where all Newer Chevy Tahoe's and they all ended up being stolen by 2 guys with a Garage locally and the where parting them out.. I think they ended up taking 3 or 4 or them.. and they got Keys made too is how they did it..
