I haven't posted here in a little while. How's everyone doing? I haven't seen almost anyone from on here around Jax. I got rid of 2 of my Evos (including my blue one). I just picked up an 04 Terminator with 30k miles. I wanted to try something different, so we will see how I like it. I will be back in another Evo soon I'm sure.

 

Damn Dan sounds cool to try something new dude. Always had a soft spot for modular motors. Pulley, intake, exhaust, tune....500 all day lol

 

Dan, did you sell the blue one locally? I could have swore I saw it last week driving around. Tried to catch up but I was stuck at a red light!

 

Yeah, I sold it to a Russian Marine. Really nice guy and I hope he takes good care of it. I was depressed *** day when I watched him drive away with it. He gave me a price I just couldn't pass up though.


Yeah, it doesn't have the handling of an Evo, so I'm disliking that part. The raw power is nice though. It's a 2004 vert, with 33k miles. Very basic bolt-ons and a tune. It made 460whp and 486wtq. It's in pretty much new condition and I picked it up for $18500.

I'll probably rock this for a little while until i get another Evo. I plan to build my next Evo exactly how I want it. So 2.4L, built head, and probably a 6262.

 

Just got back from a deployment and was wondering if there are any meets in the area (other than hanging out with Mr Viper at BP). Kind of wanting to see what kind of setup everyone else is running.

 

Doesn't seem like too many evo meets happen in jville! Subie guys meet on Wednesday. I wouldn't mind getting some of the local evo guys and gals together for a cruise or something, im deploying soon and the cars getting stored.

 

Could be a good time. Have fun over there. Things are calming down on the ground so it shouldn't be too bad.

 

Ok, havent posted on here in a while because of life ****, but i need some serious help. I have a 2010 Evo X GSR, and need to change the clutch. I have the entire front end taken off and **** is getting hectic. I need someone that has a little bit of knowledge about removing the clutch to come help me! i'll pay you in pizza and beer/liquor! and we can party and have an evo meet or something i dunno. But my car has been on jack stands for 4 months now and its making me depressed... Someone please help. I live in Sneads Ferry out the back gate of Camp Lejeune.
