It didnt come loose while doing the headstuds, we just took the cover off then and saw it was WAY to lose. It is also off one tooth now and hasnt been running as strong since i got it out here.

If you could help with that, it would be awesome but we still dont even know what the problem is.. the belt still looks good and i only have 39k on my car so we dont think it has streched... maybe the tensioner has failed but i have never heard of that happening or seen any other threads on it or how to change it.

so dan called with the brilliant idea of just taking it to the dealership cause it should still be in warrenty. it is, and i now feel quite a bit more stupid lol. guess i dont need to worry about it, i hope!

well thats good! i mean even if it is damaged at least you won't have to pay to fix it.

They are the newer 38mm wastegates... the old version was 2 bolt, these are v band. It was either that or go with 44mm's..... the 38s should be more than enough and leave more room. You should see the clearance in the engine bay with this kit.



Here is everything reinstalled waiting to be mounted. I DEI coated the dump tubes, center cartridge so it wont rust, hotside, same reason and O2.

i'm diggin the blue, would be better if it was a lil darker though and make the mivec turbo part black

Its actually a hair too dark. I was trying to match the tials as much as possible. The letters being ghosted are actually the color of the tials and the vc is darker by a bit.
