Camp Lejeune/Jacksonville Evos (NEW)
I'm game to go. I don't know about national speed, but the track yes. It maybe nice to go to natioinal speed to see some good craftman ship and numbers. It would be interesting talking to the domestic guys and seeing how they lay things out. I'm sure I could learn a few things from some old guys. You thoughts?

Careful because a lot of domestic guys aren't too fond of imports.
Most of the people I know in the racing scene drive domestics. And their layout is completely different in most cases. Each type of car responds differently to mods (which I know is an obvious statement). The way they go about it is most certainly different. And one thing to always keep in mind is it's not as easy and cheap to make power (reliable power) in a V8 as they will have you think. Nitrous is about the only thing they can do cheaply.

Yeah that was me driving my buddies car. I noticed it when I was backing out. I said to my buddy "oh, there was a 10 parked next to us". The car is an 8 that runs like doodoo.
Oh cool man, yeah me and the wife and kid were walking out as you guys were pulling off or I would have said whats up.
Yeah we didn't hang around cause we were getting stuff for a barbecue. Plus my buddy is a die hard Subaru fan and was probably not interested in any kind of Evo shenannigans.
I've gotten a couple waves from other Evo locals when I'm in either my car or Joe's car lately. SO many silver Evos here!!

And yes, there are alot of AS evos in the area. I wanted a TB or A EB when I was shopping for one, but the deal was just to sweet to pass up in the one I ended up with!!
Im stationed at Lejeune now, so if anyone sees a wingless Rally Red X around, its me. But I'll still be living in New Bern.
Also, is anyone going to NSI Saturday for the Dyno Day. If so, we can plan something to where we can meet up in J-Ville somewhere and all roll up together. Theres a couple of New Bern/Havelock guys going.
