Nah man I had my orders changed to unaccompanied. I am buying a house in Hickory, NC that they will be living in while I do the geo bachelor thing. Hopefully Japan is so great that it will fly by.

So there I was enjoying my vacation in DC. Heading out one morning, start the car and when I back out of my spot I hear a grinding noise. Get out of car to investigate and find that my brand new JDM rear bumper has been assaulted and my Buschur bullet muffler is just hanging there. Carbon fiber heat shield has been destroyed too. WTF is the matter with the people in this damn country. **** you to all the ****ty *** drivers in the DC area!!! Of course no one saw anything, no cameras in the parking garage, and you absolutely know no one left a note claiming responsibility.

 

On a good note my GSC S2 cams came in.

Sorry to hear that man.. I had the same think happen to me in jville. Truck backed into me and messed my hood up. People really could careless about others property these days, its a shame.

I miss my evo. I am on vacation here in J,ville. My evo is back home in Florida. Would like to come out to a meet and see some evos. Where does one go for that? To see what is all done to my evo look in my sig. I wish I could of drove it up here. But the a/c isn't working and I wasn't going to drive it over 700 plus miles with out a/c. So I drove my Honda oddessy van here. Hope someone can tell me where some evo meets are.

 

Heading back in a few weeks. Can't wait to see my newish car.

 

Yeah, the dude at Moore Buick was telling me about your car when doing my estimate and I told him I knew you. Said they had a pain trying to get you your tail lights.

 

Does anyone in the area have an extra banjo bolt that feeds the oil line from the head to the turbo that I can buy off of them. Mine broke yesterday while torquing down. Been without car since Monday because of installs/maintenance and Mitsu can't get me one until Thursday. Then I lose the car for another four days for body repairs from DC hit and run. Part number is MF650102, and it is an M10x1.25 banjo bolt. None of the stores have them locally, I even tried the motorcycle shops because it is a common size for them and they didn't have it either.
Because of this I will be driving a rental car to check in to my new duty station in Quantico. Love my luck!

Probably not gonna happen. The summer is when the majority of military move to new bases, get out, etc. so a bunch of people are rolling out or deployed right now.

 

Babi you down to tune a stock block 35r car sometime next month? Ill have to get with you and plan a date to to head down that way. Im back in VA now
