Speaking of asthetics, what would be the best way to go about spray painting the stock center caps? Do I need to sand the stock paint down then primer and spray?

 

Whats up guys, I dont know if you guys remember but I was selling my s2k and hoping to pick up an evo and join you tampa guys.Well I just sold my s2k and I'll be in the market for an evo X around november-december time frame. Really looking into getting it in white. For now I'll be sharing the wifes 07 TL. I'll be on the boards though and keeping in touch and hopefully making some friends even before I buy an evo.

I work about 10 minutes from MacDill. I like to eat lunch with other Evo owners on post during the week... although, we haven't done so in a while...

 

that's cool....I work night shifts now though so I don't go into work until 645pm and I get out at 645am.

Like HISEVO7 said we get together sometimes for lunch. I'm thinkin we should definitely do this again in the next couple weeks. I wish we had a good "evo" visible location with better food though.

This is pretty much exactly where I'd like to be at with my car except I'd like these numbers on a mustang dyno.

 

Better food like the food court on base... Or driving off base for lunch? The first time I parked at BK and walked to the food court. That way, the Evo is visible and I don't have to choke down BK!

We can always talk about another location... but you guys have to worry too much about getting back on base after lunch!!!

 

I say we all just have a meet one night and go out to eat...family and all....even though im not an evo owner yet I would like to meet up and hang out with you guys...especially to put some names and faces to the evo's i see on base all the time lol
