I wish I could have made it. I had to go into work that day and spent the afternoon wrenching on my car. I was tired and Dawn hadn't seen my all day, so I stayed in. I had even cleaned my car for that night. Oh well. Next time.

Hey guys, I just moved to Sarasota County, FL and I've talked to a few of my family's friends and they told me the car scene is dead. From what I've read its still alive. Any meets coming up near Sarasota County? Or any big meets in Tampa?

 

The next "big" meet is in Orlando next Sunday, November 20th, 2011. We will all meet with two other groups at the University Mall on Fowler Street in Tampa at 0600 AM. At 0615 am, we will leave the Macy's parking lot and head towards Orlando.

Those who THINK the scene is "dead" should definitely NOT MISS this meet. Hundreds of Evos come from all over for this.

TCM this Saturday will be earlier than normal. I will be at the HESS at 7:30 pm and roll to Peabody's at 7:45 pm. The meet at Peabody's is only a linkup point this time. At 8 pm, TCM will convoy to a calendar release party!!!

About the party...

What's up ladies and gentlemen?!?! It's time for another awesome TCM event! This time, we will be meeting at our usual spot-- Peabody's Billiards (15333 Amberly Dr Tampa, Fl 33647) at 7:30 to meet up and chill...then we will be crusing out to the Redline Design Calander Release Party at 8:00 pm SHARP

AGAIN...WE WILL BE LEAVING PEABODY'S TO CRUISE TO THE REDLINE PARTY AT 8:00 PM SHARP!!!

Here is some info about the Redline party:

The Redline Design 2012 Calendar is completed and waiting for you to purchase as many as you like! This release party will allow you to have the calendar signed by models and also meet the sponsors who helped make it all happen.

Money raised from the sale of the calendars during this event will be given to Treats for Troops. For more information about Treats for Troops visit their web site www.treatsfortroops.info

The evening starts at 7pm. The models will be there for a signing session and a meet and greet. At 10pm there will be a cover charge and a possibility that some of the models and sponsors may be gone by then so come early.

The price of the calendar is $20 that evening and as an added bonus, there will be coupons from the sponsors located in the back of the calendar!

I can't make B4B this year. Dawn's Bday is on the 21st and we don't have a way to go together, so we are going to go to the Tampa Bay Auto Show with the kids instead.

On a good note, I'm installing an Infiniti Basslink in my car tomorrow. I really miss my RF system in my Evo X, so its time to get some boom back.

 

Time adjustment:

We will leave the Macy's Parking lot at 7:15 am and NOT 6:15 as previously planned. This will add a little more prep time for those coming from out of town.

Our goal is to be there by 8:30.

Wristbands will be sold at $25 per person at all locations.

Bring cameras. This event will be huge, as always.

 

By the way, this notice is for Sunday's event. Not today's event. There is no change to today's event.
