After owning my Evo for all these years, I finally encountered my first instance of road debris denting my car. I mean, I've had the little debris chipping the paint from my front bumper, but this was a small stone that flew from a cement truck's tire and dented my door!
Good thing its minor!!! (It still sucks, though!)

I was thinking we meet at the Westshore Mall and hit up the Howard Franklin...
...or, we can cruise in town or downtown, but become prey to the diabolical traffic lights!!!
We have just over 24 hours to do this... or, we save it for 2013. Literally, next year!

Good night everyone. This may be my LAST post of 2011. I am going to share my New Year's Celebration with one of the original and seldom seen member of i4Evo. I hope you all have someone to bring in the new year with so that you can face 2012 with friends and/or family.
As for the New Year's Day cruise, I haven't heard any feedback. I will assume, then, that there isn't enough last minute interest to conduct the New Year's Day cruise. Therefore, I volunteered to go to work. I get out at 6:30pm...
...so, if you want to meet me by my car by 6:30-40 pm tomorrow, then we can make an evening cruise. Meet me at the North side of Macy's in Citrus Park (West field) Mall. My Evo VII will be in the parking lot. Unlike most other times, I will not wait forever. I'm out by 6:40 pm to get into some other mischief.

I spoke to the operators of TCM... and the FIRST meet for 2012 is a "GO" for this Saturday! I hope we can show up in a mass this Saturday to show others that not all sports cars are garaged in the winter!!!

...as for the cruise, the guy in the Vette decided to go out on his own. As for me, I decided to see where Fletcher would take me... long boring road once you leave town. Oh well. Maybe next time someone can show me a GOOD road to cruise down!
Boost can make or brake a scenario. Even outside of racing...
...this elder lady was drifting into my lane as if I wasn't there. The car behind me was tailgating, so I couldn't slam on my brakes. Too many cars to go right. Car in front too close to simply speed up...
...so I go diagnal-left! It was a long shot, but the ONLY option left to escape impending doom! I floored it. The boost kicked in so rapidly that it made the miniscule gap appear as a chasm!!!
No one injured. No damages. Everyone goes on about their business. The Evo is a WONDERFUL machine!
