I used to leave messages on their windshield last year. That got some attention. If you see one, leave them a message with information about our next meet... Like the BK meet tomorrow, for example. The more we come together on base in a very visual and local spot, the more they will want to participate.

Well... if you don't want to leave notes on windshields, that's fine. You could always stalk the dude until he returns to his car. LoL

Seriously, though... the Evo owner from Saturday night wasn't even aware of the forums or the car scene... But he wanted to know. If we didn't happen to be there, he still wouldn't know.

There is no wrong way to spread the word. Just be cautious about how you do it and respect other people and their Evos.

 

What time is the S&R picnic? I'll be shooting cars & coffee that morning, but I'm sure I'll be done really early. I haven't been to S&R in a couple years.

I'm pretty much at the base range all day Tuesday's, but not a bad turn out today. I pass by that EB Evo every morning at the gym and Tiger's BBY Evo every afternoon there also since I work across from base supply. I plan on head'n out to S&R this Saturday, hope to see y'all there.

Any of you Tampa area guys have O2 housing bolts laying around with the helper springs? Holds the front pipe to the O2 housing. The car we bought didn't have them, and leaks, and I would like to avoid $40 dealer pricing for bolts. PM me.

 

Don't have any spare bolts lying around but Street Tuned Motorsports (STM) sells the oem ones online for $17. Not sure how much dealer price is but I hope that helps. Good luck.
