Purchasing an Evo X tomorrow. Def. interested in going to some meets and such and learning a lot more about the evo X in general since I'm new to mitsubishi.

 

Welcome! i4Evo meets once a month. The next one is scheduled for June 19th. We meet at the Northdale Recreation Park at noon. Bring your own lunch (and family, if you want). There is a huge open field and a playground... so if you bring any kids, they will be welcome and entertained!

We will be atending the Club Wars sponsered by ULTRA Evolution on the saturday after that (June 25th).

There is also evening things we attend, like the bi-weekly "Tampa Area Meets" which is a meet for anyone with a car. The next one is not this coming saturday, but the saturday after that (June 11th) at 9pm.

Wish I could go... but I don't have the finances available to fund a trip of that distance! Some much closer would be perfect!

As far as convoying to the meets...

...we convoy to mostly everything except our monthly. That one is just for us to kick back, relax, enjoy lunch together, and talk about upcoming events.

 

It's actually going to be in July... the 9th I think. They are working on getting the Title of the Thread changed. But this goes back to the reaching out to other shops bit we talked about last weekend. To kind of see who is the best tuner/shop for the money cause living where we do we are going to have to travel regardless. Either way it's on BLAST for everyone in the local fam to see so I guess if some other cats chime in then we'll get it in.

 

I don't know where everyone meets up, but I should be down there from this Sunday til next Saturday. I won't have my Evo unfortunately, but I'm checking the area for when I move in July. My tranny and what-not should hopefully be done by the time I move down there!!

 

Well not this Saturday... today but next Saturday we will meet at Peabody's Billiard and Games parking lot. It's at 15333 Amberly Drive in Tampa FL 33647

Your car looks squeaky clean Alex. Did you wash it? hehehehehe. Prob wont be able to make it out this Saturday since the wife got me going to a get-together. Oh and Tigeryellow, I might and that is a pretty big "might" be down for rollin out to the dyno/tune day. Hopefully I get the bugs worked out of my car by then and have the $$ to fund the tune.

 

Awesum... Man I wanna go check out some of these other spots bro's. Let's get this IN yea. Oh and I got a surprise for you guys come Saturday. I don't want to give it away early so I'll say that the Summer time set up that I was telling you guys about a few weeks back... It's ON. Not all the asthetics are complete but I got enough to turn some heads 4 sure!

 

Aww man, why this Saturday when I'm not going to be around? Oh and speaking of this Saturday, S&R is trying to set up a BBQ and meet, you guys may want to go and check em out.

 

No worries, I am sure Alex will take pics Ummmm I haven't heard anything about this S&R thing. Anyone else know anything?
