Today is Valentine's Day. What better way to express your love than to invite your loved one to Honeymoon Island on this Saturday the 19th of February!!! Come out and enjoy warm, sunny weather while laying on the beach, taking a swim, hiking a nature path, and/or BBQ with some friends... all while enjoying the collection of Evo's that will be there!!! See you Saturday!!!

 

Anyone have a rear exhaust hanger for an Evo? It's the rubber piece that hooks to the muffler. Apparently, mine broke off which might explain the excessive clunking under hard acceleration.

 

Sorry about the lack of activity!!! I have been restoring parts, waxing cars, and cleaning rims for the past few days to prepare for the photo shoot! I have charcoal, plates, and napkins for tomorrow! Remember... bring what you want to grill!!!

The chance of rain tomorrow is still zero, temps in the mid-70's... and it hasn't rained in a long time... So everything is on track!!! 193 Evo owners have been contacted and this photo shoot was also placed in the Evo-M Facebook thread about what people are up to this weekend! I can't wait to see everyone tomorrow!!!

For you early birds, HEREVO_8 and I will be at the DuPont Registry between 7-9 am. We hope to see you there, as well!!!

EVOLUTION: OPERATION ENTERTAINMENT

Hey everyone. Let's mark our calendars and get on the horn (which mean the phone, btw) and call every EVO own you can muster. I want to get something going for MAY 22 that hopefully will be bigger than EVOLUTION: ESCAPE back in February. Here are the minor details...

WHEN: MAY 22, 2011
WHERE: BUSCH GARDENS, TAMPA
WHO: TAKE A WILD GUESS! YOU! LOL

WHAT:This is where its different. This is not just a meet. Not just a photo shoot. Not just a cruise. Not just a day at a theme park... ITS ALL OF THE ABOVE!!! We will meet somewhere closeby to Busch Gardens. Take shots. Lots of them. After we finish, we will line up and cruise together towards Busch Gardens. We will park our rides together, take MORE pictures, then head towards admissions to enjoy the weather, each other, the attractions, and the local "wild life"

Here is your chance to start saving up the money needed for your own ticket and parking. That's 61 days to plan ahead, request that SUNDAY off from work, and put some money aside for admission, parking, and detailing your car!!!
