It all depends on the shop, also there's more than meets the eye. When you take it off and look is when you can really tell so I guess you should account for more.

Who's paying anyways? Insurance or the other guy? If it's the other guy grab the ralliart bumper and hike up the cost a bit so you're save incase

So true, its like a decepticon, more than meets the eye. in order to get a proper estimate, and not just a body estimate, some pre work would have to be done. removal of parts to see what could possibly be damaged on the frame work etc. u gotta have some structural integrity when going warp 9 or she'll fly apart. (i know stupid star trek reference, oy what a nerd )

Thats why, like I said before, go through the insurance and a proper shop. alot of shops out there will only do the lookie thing and fix ur bumper,who knows what will happen down the road with that kind of work only.
