Yeah CSI for GTA Based Mitsu Dealers on Sales side AND Service side are low.... Infact Lowest in the ranking for all manufacturers. Suzuki, Kia, do better CSI with their Customers. Again though...It`s power tripping mentality....Give a guy some power in a Mitsu dealer and he thinks he`s hot stuff. This mentality is also forced into sales people. Mitsubishi Dealers in the GTA have THE HIGHEST turnover rate! Because they underpay sales people, do shifty things and more. Guys....Erin Mills Mitsu used to put BS fees ontop of the car. 499 Admin fee, 599 Security fee...PURE profit for the dealer!!!

Though I`m not saying dealers shouldnt make money, we have to eat too. People who come in and ask for everything off and go to the extreme to push my buttons I`ll definitely Kick out. Sales people really do not make much money on deals. The Minimum for most places that a Salesguy will make is about 75-100 dollars per deal. Combine that with flooded sales floors and bad management, and you get a minimum 400 dollar pay for two weeks

The sales guy was a very small part of the equation in my case. The price I paid overall was comparable to other fully loaded RAs I have seen with the same mileage in the 6 odd months since I purchased the car, so while it wasn't a great deal, it wasn't a horrible one either.

It was service that I had the biggest problem with. Poor advice, shoddy work, and constant BS.

Hopefully with the GM change, that is being addressed.

By the way, for us unfamiliar with Camvap or Canadian Arbitration, what exactly is that?

CAMVAP is basically an Arbitration or Mediation program that help`s resolve disputes concerning alleged manufacturers defects or implementation of the Warranty.

Currently, BMW,Mitsubishi and most Exotic Foreign sports car manufacturers do not participate in CAMVAP.

So...I have a good story about Pickering Mitsubishi. I Bought a Ralliart from them and had negotiated a "good" price out that was well below the msrp and low financing. I ended up picking up a car that didn't have the intake snorkel mounted on it so it was flopping all over the engine bay after i drove away. I found BEFORE I left hundreds of dents of hail damage on the top of my car. I then found out that the agreement was for well more then we had agreed to orignally and my battery terminal wasn't properly mounted to the cables. So two weeks later I took my car back and asked to talk with the manager. I had a nice chat with him and he didn't want to do anything about it. Called up Head office they had a specialist come down and fix the hail dents but I also had my oil change done there and they scratched my car on the bumper and passenger side door.

I have since sold the Ralliart bought an Evo from Whibty Mitsubishi (Motorcity) and never looked back. MotorCity is competent but not overly friendly when you need some small things like clips and new relays because you have the ****ty green ones that are causing rough starts in the morning

Hopefully prospective buyers are reading this thread and avoid Pickering Mitsubishi like the plague.

When I bought my Evo X from Pickering Mitsu, it came with a "vacation package". At that time I did not really care about this as all I wanted was the car and they won't give the value of the vacation package as a discount instead. Now that I was ready to enroll into the vacation with travel america, I did a bit or research and just found out many complaints that this vacation package is a scam and it also happens with other dealerships.

Oh my. Scarborough isn't a particularly large dealership. I wonder how this is going to work out.

They're owned by the same group anyway.
