curious to see if anyone got a ticket for having a test pipe.
what's the fine?
anyone cross the border catless? any guards give you a problem?

 

Not yet, but im knocking on wood. I have a Perrin HFC that we opened up and took all the insides out, so its basically a test pipe. I pass all inspections, and it doesnt look like a test pipe. Im sure you would get a way with it going this route.

If you are truly worried about it, then you should switch back. Im not sure how strict Toronto is, but in Texas its not to big of a deal. But if you are concerned, then I would put it back on so I wouldnt have to worry about it. Nobody wants to give away money you know.

Got an exhaust ticket in Ottawa for the test pipe a few weeks ago. I live in Gatineau though, and on the Quebec side I've never had any trouble.
