Would be nice for Mitsu to encourage competition with their cars... in the past that's what Mitsubishi was about about! I really doubt Mitsubishi Canada would do any thing like this tho... I have this feeling that we'd be a lot better off if Mitsubishi USA took over all of North America's operations.

Nice little incentive to get Scion out there more. $500 a win could buy a few aftermarket parts.

Why are you so firm on Mitsu doing such great things. They obviously make little money yearly. Let alone use it towards racing. Electric cars yo. Buy a BMW or Porsche

Well maybe if Mitsu made it more interesting to buy their cars they would sell more.

I guess what I'm trying to say is. Who cares about Mitsu... There are plenty of other manufacturers doing it right.

Don't get me wrong. I love my EVO, my next car though will be a "step up" though

Again....Untill Mitsubishi Canada gets dissolved and Turned into MMNA as a whole....the sooner we all start to get treated better and fairer...

Though you are correct that we should care.

Come on guys, you being a bit to harsh. Mitsubishi Dealers and Mitsu Canada are still two distinctly different entities. In other regions like Quebec and out west, the dealers do very very well. Its more the communications between the two of them and co-operation to deliver service and programs that are suited for each region.

It is great to see. And for those who dont know, when your competing in rally, you gotta have deep pockets. Most people don't do it anymore. I would like to see something like this, closer to the grass roots of it all and support more local regional events.

Deep pockets for sure. Mitsu requires that you fix all major body work damage prior to the next event to remain eligible for their support. They want shiney new-looking cars in the races, not beat up privateer cars.
