If you took pictures you can sue in small claims court. That should be enough to scare her into pay full. If not sue, its easy. Slap a lien against her car until she pays.

sorry to hear man.

Looks like the hood got damaged too

same thing that happened to my fiance's mom. She got hit in the GO train station lot.

Police came and said that this was no one's fault due to the lot being private property. In the end, each person had to pay for their own damages. Lucky for her, only the front bumper had to be replaced.

But you should take her to a small claims court etc.. pictures from the scene would def help.

This can work out to your benefit of you convince this woman to settle for cash and you know a good body shop. Show her quotes from the usual rip-off artists (dealer, Macco, etc.) and then get it repaired somewhere else.

More than likely she will be inclined to settle for the a price mid-way between the three quotes. Take that cash, get a get it fixed at a more reasonable shop for less than the quotes.

I came out ahead $500 when a 19 year old chick backed into my beater in a hotel parking lot.

that sucks man same crap happend to me but hit and run in the parking lot. Your situation is you at least have the person. She wont change her story. Cause if she is caught lying then she will face charges as well as the insurance hit. Contact her and her insurance. If you got the info, call them. If its not your fault dont settle. Its not going to show up on your car record unless its over 2000 to 3000 thousand.
