There can be no compromise! Backing up should 100% be her fault even if she is in front.

Sorry for your lose, I got hit at tim hortons last year too! But I was parked and I went into tim hortons to grab some brunch. I step out 10 minutes later and I had a slightly popped out front bumper from someone backing up into my lancer, but they fled before I could spot them.

Thank you for backing up my case. I just hope my insurance is with me on this one.

It is very hard to fight this case cause rule of thumb is whoever is in front is usually right. Also Tim Hortons is considered private property and not as governed under the highway traffic law.

Private property you are on your own, and a hit like that on your front bumper will look bad without photo/video evidence that she backed up into you. At least I hope you have a witness not related to you to give you credit on this case. If this girl starts changing her story, you'll be on losing end without some solid evidence/eye witness unless she has a good conscience.

What do you mean "apparently" ?

I drive truck for Hortons and just so you know all Tims have surveillance cameras inside and outside the property. If your story is legit, the cameras will have caught it. Talk to the management about access to the video.

I've had more than one f**khead hit my truck and try and claim it was my fault, hoping to get a big payout, only to stfu after finding out we have it all on video.

For your sake I hope this girl is catholic or a firm church goer where the usual motto is do good onto others. But I doubt it since she "apparently" still wanted to spliti t 50/50

She also loses browny points on showing lack of respect for your heavenly chariot of awesomeness.

Hopefully you will get it all repaired and toss in your new side mirror cover led's and be reborn!

Thanks for saying that. I will go back to Tim Hortons tomorrow and see if i can beg the Tim Hortons Manager to let me look at the tape. Maybe one of the cameras got a shot of this. I will also walk around and see if i can just ask ppl if they spotted anything. Wish me luck guys.

I would just tell her to F off and tell her if she does change her story, there are ways other people can back into her car and say alter the story, karma is a *****. Hell, even people can key her car, hint hint

This is the Tim Hortons in Waterloo (Albert and Phillip St) and yes they do have cameras but they are all inside. I am hoping that maybe 1 of them facing the windows caught the action.
