Damn this sucks link...waterloo is getting a lot of dumb drivers this year. Just today this moron rear ended a car right in front of my house on Columbia.

 

My thoughts..my buddy is a superintend in their bldg one day he was backing up "in their parking lot" and there was a vacant spot beside him and suddenly this car that wanted to park to that empty spot couldn't wait for my buddy to leave so he forced his way in and decided to park his car and my buddy hit him while hes "backing up" wasn't hard or anything. But still hit him, just a touch.

So the guy complained about sore back and neck the next day, "scam artist" I tell ya.

So my buddy's insurance went up..etc.

So even if you're in a private lot if you're backing up its your fault.
