Just wait it out man for the later date . A week ago I would of said that the mods you are installing wont make a difference but after reading the Buschur Manifold dyno thread I think different. According to David Buschur when he installed the o2 housing he was allowed to run alot more timing from the increase in air flow.

 

So whats going on with this?

I will def be in dallas next week.. Im going to call alamo today to find out when we can use the dyno. I'll post up later as to when.

I still have not heard anything from any of the dynos . Apparently anonther tuner is going to be going to Houston around the same time frame as we have scheduled. It appears that a couple of the people who were interested in this have signed up for that day instead of ours.

Can we please get a definite number on who will be in and who wont be in for the Feb. Houston trip? Also we need to figure out a place where we can do this at as well.

I am in for the Houston tune. What is up with the dyno though? I thought someone had this lined out? I can always still check with SGP about theirs. It is a dynapak, but the down time after taking the car off and setting up the next one can be used for the street tune check. This is what Mark did the last time we were up in Dallas (McKinney to be exact). Let me know, cuz I don't want to make the drive up to Dallas.

 

As far as i can see .. the only one jumping ship is evobig16g.. Not a biggie. I dont care .. if you guys want street tunes .. i can do that to. If no dyno will cooperate what do we do... I dont use dynopack dyno's .. they work ok,, but the load and unload time is painful. About 45 min / car. We need to just finalize a date... FEB 18th works for me .. which was the tentative date we agreed on..

Hey guys can someone do me a favor and call this place in Houston and see about renting the dyno for the day. My roomate talked to him the first time but I dont want to keep asking him to set-up this for me. Im still overseas and have limited access to phones!!

They purchased the dyno from Turbochargers.com and its a Dynojet. Here is his contact info. Company name is Powerstrokes located in Houston,Texas. Nick is the person you need to talk to and his number is 713-600-8600. When my roomate talked to him he said he needed 3 weeks notice and he would do it for us. I tried to e-mail him but im not sure if he ever got it or not.

When someone contacts him please post up here that you did so he wont keep getting calls from all of us. Thanks Guys

 

why don't they make the houston one a street tune? i'm up for it either way, i'm just saying if there's no shop then do a street tune

I may be up for a retune if he ends up in the area. My car was really messed up the first time he tuned it. I want to see if I can get any more power out of my car.
