So....I came out soft on the first run, time to come out ***** to the wall right? Ooops, broke the trans on this run =)

So you broke the trans? Arent you the guy that got a new clutch? You need to first learn how to launch properly without breakin the trans!!

Like 2.1 I'm not a good driver, and this is my first time launching this turbo and this clutch.

Second run (the one that I broke the trans) I tried to come out of the hole harder and it wheel hopped.....

Live and learn, unfortunately I'm going live and learn the expensive way. I'm hoping to have it back up and running within 2 weeks.

Car is still drivable, but obviously we can't race.

what rpm did you launch to brake you tranny

 

around 5500, I pulled like a 2.1 60 foot on the wheel hop run, you can see me let off though, I think that's why.

 

I'm too chiken to launch the car hard also....but you sure have a mid 11 sec car if driven properly
