Nice having a tuned car
I'm gonna give TTR a buzz today. If I can get in around second week of Sept, I'm going on a last minute spending splurge
.Hmmm..I see you modded your car...for racing obviously...aren't you worried about your warranty?
Congrats again man, just 50 more
It was a goal of 350whp but now its 400whp. I think a goal of an additional 50whp per season is reasonable

I have admit it was a bit cluttered when I was there yesterday but the guys are VERY busy with the race coming up on Aug. 25 I know I want my Evo back from them before hand...my girls racin' for the first time....LEGAL...
Yup, same thing I said.."eh..350 is enough." .. now look, now I won't stop until I hit at least 400whp on the stock turbo (w/10.5 of course).
Oh ya, just got off the phone with Turbotrix..I got myself the 11 o'clock on Sept. 7th!
Hey, someone asked me this today and i wasn't sure what the answer was....... is the ECU flash linear in relation to boost level? It was set at about 24psi tapering to 21-22psi when it was tuned but I wasn't sure if the flash would still be fine if the boost level was raised? I am not planning of messing with the boost levels, just not sure what the answer to that question would have been.
Does the reflashed tune still do its job if the boost level was raised.
Granted, I would suggest a higher octane fuel if someone were to go higher than the tuned boost level to minimize knock since they tuned the car as aggressively as they probably could without excessive knock on the 93 octane I was tuned with.
I know tons of kids who simply turn up their boost at the track and run 100 octane, granted its not as useful if they didn't get a seperate tuning for the higher boost and 100 octane but I just wondered if the reflash would compensate for the higher boost levels.
