Guys, the whistle isn't like this loud obnoxious noise you can hear from miles away. You can barely hear it if at all.

i got the package deal with ported tb and im with the intake barrier spacer from mike@awdmotorsports. And i love it and it was a great price. well worth it for anybody from stock turbo like me to those big turbo guys. great bang for buck.

The turn around time is usually less than a week. We generally port the intake manifolds as they come but have the throttle bodies done on core exchange so it speeds things up.

What size is the new throttle plate? Can only be a couple of mm at most?

Ive never measured the actual plate but the TB is 65mm so that gives you an idea its a little smaller then that..

but BR's is honed out and a bigger plate fitted so just wondered how much he managed to enlarge it by ?

That's easy to figure out. Find the stock size minus 65mm for that answer. I think stock is 60mm on the back side so it would be +5mm.

could it be add up the surface area of each runner/head port should equal TB size?
so if its smaller it could restrict?

How much is it for both the ported manifold with the 65mm ported tb? If I have my own tb and sent it to you for porting , how much?
