Wow nice, ok im not trying to thread jack, but i am slightly confused.
Im torn between an o2 dump and recirc. I see the graph and dig the power, so why exactly is Buschur saying stick with a REcirc in another thread.

Am I to safely assume that I cannot use the external wastegate in conjunction with this, right? I'm sorry if this has already been asked but time here in Iraq doesn't allow me to read through every single post. Thanks.

it idles just like any other car with or without a dump. you only hear it during WOT.

another thing i'd like to mention, and hopefully ill have a vid from the outside, is that when in WOT or getting to full boost you dont hear that hollow sound like in some epm dumps.

yea im pretty sure you wont be able to use this dump if you go with external wastegate as map creates their own piece.

I'm guessing it will not fit with my beatrush undertray without modding?

Pretty safe to say this won't fit any undertray without modification

For those of you asking if it will fit with the donut gasket stock fitment downpipes, yes it will.. The 1st version we installed on DMOevo's car he had a Buschur Downpipe so it was flanged flat.. the new unit look like this.. Sorry for the low quality pic..

That's the exact picture I was looking for!!

It looks like the JM Fab and MAP O2's with that new flange. So this version now apparently fits up to any down pipe that is made to fit up to a stock O2 housing. Is this correct Mike?

It looks like a very nice piece you can't go wrong with anything from Ron/Shearer.

So I have a quick "newbish" question? Im about to instal a 4"fmic/uicp/licp/intake pipe. I was looking at doing the cams now too, but it sounds like this mod might be just as effective as cams? Im already going to have this section of the car pulled apart NOW though! Do you guys recomend this over cams for now? Sorry for not knowing (searched a lot!) But how eaxctly does an o2 dump work? why is it so much better than whats on there now? Looking at all the staged upgrade packages from ALL the vendors, NO ONE mentions an o2 dump? Why? Thanks!

Of course if your working on the front end of the car it will be cost efficient to do the dump at the same time vs. Cams...

The 02 dump allows the Wastegate gasses to be run in a seperate section of the 02 housing from where the turbine exhaust side of the turbo exits into the down pipe..

This creates better spool and also less boost taper on top end.. If you look at the dyno chart you can clearly see the gains all the way around the power curve..

Every vendor doesnt beleive in the same products.. We beleive in this dump since we have tested it and see the gains back to back..
