Surprised you have managed to get stock of those manifolds chad
they have been selling like hot cakes in the uk with demand out stripping supply for the last 3 months solid. 1 order from one reseller was 34+ units in december.
tried and tested in the uk. earlier spool and hp gains are reported time and time again
great manifold. even better combo deal

yeah i know! we deal with a few companies in the UK, and JMFAB had about 20 of these laid out on the counter tops one day for shipment overseas.

The guys in the UK are VERY meticulous about what they put on their cars.. and most of the worlds racing heritage comes from europe... so it is very motorsport driven. JMFAB makes some of the nicest parts we've seen, even from being in Champ Car, ALMS, Grand-am paddocks

We are fortunate to be VERY close to them and to be able to partner with them on projects (like the Time Attack Car and some new and coming bits and pieces)

Cheers

Is there any test being done on a 2.0 liter block? preferibly a bone stock oem 4G63?, many of these testing are done on much larger displacement Evos and the results are obviously greater but your vast majority of customers use the stock block.
I am also looking at buying a manifold like this but like I said, I would like a test being done on a stock motor.

back on topic! bump for CBRD.
You are correct. That is why any turbo manifold manufacturer that makes the flange openings smaller than the opening of the head is plain and simple a total disastrous failure from the engineering stand point. You never ever block high velocity gases coming from a cylinder head striking a turbo manifold small flange, this will create massive turbulence, massive airflow blockage, lasck of spool up, lack of power, etc, etc.

I can understand a manifold flange tapering down to a closer diameter/radius but you must absolutely leave alone the opening size of the manifold, in other words, the manifold must never be smaller than the head's opening at the point where the head and the manifold meet..

Chad,

how does this manifold compare to the newly designed full-race unit?
