Your bulbs type is
006 MITSUBISHI Lancer Evolution (With halogen capsule headlamps)
Low beam headlamp
9006
High beam headlamp
9005

They are single beams each, therefore you cannot get the bi-xenon, it will not work with your car, if you want both HID for both your low and high beam, you will need to get both kits under the color you want.

I have a 09 Mitsubishi Ralliart and looking to get some HIDs on the foglights.

1. Color: 3K
2. Size: Not sure if they are H11. Can you confirm?
3. Need the slim ballast
