I didn't have a good experience with speed element. I ordered a vg and fuel pump from them. Totaled at around 160. I canceled the vg but still wanted the pump. Called them and told them that, but they said that since the total amount is already charged on my bank card they will send me a check for the vg. 2 weeks later still no check. Called them said they will call me back cause they were busy finding info on my account. Speed Element didn't call back. I called again the next day they said they are shipping it right now. The check was supposed to be overnight like they said, but 4 days later it arrived. Wouldn't buy from them again. The only good thing was i got my money back. The fuel pump did arrive on time though.

 

Speed Element is a great place to buy from, and Cal is a great guy!

 

I have a 2004 WRX and I have got all my work done from them...Cal, Mike, Devin, and Andy are all awesome. The quality is great, the advice is great, the workmanship is great, and the price is great. Seriously, what more can you ask.

Now its going to be even better because they got their dyno...looks like I will be going there for tuning.

You cancelled your order. Did you think they could just go up under FILE and click UNDO? Didn't you stop to think that maybe you made the mistake??? I would not have shipped it overnight either, you recieved it 4 days later, so what are you crying about? Don't try and blame others for your mistakes. Thumbs down to you!

They said that they would give me back my money. If i have never contacted them they would of never remembered. So it was their mistake for not sending the check.
Why don't you send me 70 bucks for free a hole.

Speed element is a great shop where I am buying all of my parts from now.

I expect to eventually get a tune after a couple more mods from there.
