edo performance review *thumbs down*
i ordered the braille 21 lb carbon fiber battery a couple weeks back, i talk to one of the guys, very nice saying yes we have the battery such and such and we will get it shipped out the day i bought it.
well one week later still no battery so i called and another person told me that the 21 lb battery doesnt fit with the braille mounting kit so okay no biggy, it will only work with the universal j-hook kit so i said no problem, then i get the battery another week later and notice that the universal kit is not for the 21 lb battery either when you mount it on the top.
that just disapointed me i just wasted another 15 bucks on something i didnt need since its better to reuse the stock battery hold down bar. i will most likly never ever do business with edo again!!!
if you buy the 21 lb battery dont buy the universal hold down kit.

how can you assist me when you try to do that before and messed up? that quote doesnt make any sence to me. i am not trying to sound rude or anything i am just saying if you sell a product make sure all corresponding things will go with it, or just dont sell it at all if your not sure if they work together. i just wasted my time and money buying that battery kit from you. you were all nice to talk to but i wish you knew your products a little better (meaning you know for sure that certain thing fits for a certain car!)

I had the same marginal service from EDO as well on a boost controller I bought which was not calibrated correctly (to this day I dont know why).
Not only did they refuse to back what they sold, EDO didnt even give me a phone number to the manufacter to call.
Very bunk service.
