AMS Pull to Push Conversion (early impression)

When you "convert" the twin to triple, essentially all you are doing is re-using your old flywheel. Which I think may or may not be a good idea depending on the condition of the flywheel and how much abuse it has.
Talk to Eric @ AMS about pricing and you can see if it is worth it just go all the way and get the new flywheel. In retrospect, I might have opted to just do the whole thing but it is so hard spending so much on a damn clutch.
But for all the people running Exedy Twins like I did, I think it would be way smarter for all those people to fork out double and get the Triple Push from AMS from the get go. It is very nice and lighter pedal and held 41 psi on VP Import and felt exactly the same after much harrasment.
I wouldn't mind buying this for my car, but to my knowledge, AMS doesn't sell the push type conversion only. You would have to buy the entire clutch with that option if you want it. If I was able to buy the push conversion separate, I would be placing my order. Thanks crcain for your review, I drove a EVO is a push style clutch and it felt like I was driving a Corolla, virtually no harsh pedal feel to engage the clutch and I didn't have a sore leg after driving the car all up and down through heavy traffic

The triple is a nice clutch all around. I wish you would have had it before the pull to push conversion, would have been nice to hear about just the difference that made. Good luck at the track!
It was pretty expensive.

Got my car all back together and am loving it. Clutch engagement is slightly different then before but still awesome. Pedal seemed to be of the same hardness as before when it was a pull style. Banged through all the gears and it's smooth as butter. Never have to worry about that stupid clip popping out anymore which is a big relief.
