Great Service from TTP Engineering

i had my car at TTP yesterday and had a great experience, i had a broken shock and brake fluid problem and they took care of everything in one day at a very great and resonable price, i recommend TTP for any need for your evo whether its performance or maintenence.

yeah thats what ive been reading about ttp. thought it absolutely ridiclous he made like 330 whp on a bone stock evo x. thats crazy.

was trying to find out about their ttp spec clutch (the one im getting isntalled) and found this post:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/se...thusiasts.html

i read it and laughed. seriously? i laughed particularly when he said he's even considering getting re-tuned. why fix something thats not broken? anyways thats off topic sorry.

i've talked to scott a few times over the phone about getting some parts, clutch installed and a tune. he helped me out a great deal with the parts and fit me in for an appointment (clutch and dynotune) exactly when i needed. seemed like a really cool guy.

i was talking to 9sec9 asking him a question about tuning/quarter mile times, asking him if i could break 11's with just straight 93 octane with stock ix turbo and happened to mention that scott was tuning me. his response was verbatim "Scott is among the best tuners out there. You'll get a great tune by sticking with him. Good luck with your car.
tom "

all i can say is: I CANT WAIT! friday's drive there is going to take forever haha its worth it though. hope i can break 11's when im done.

Scott at TTP is a cool guy on and off the job.
There's never any pressure when you're around him.
And he won't take 6 months to work on your car and answers your phone calls at all times of day.

Yes they have done pretty much most of the work on my car and also pointed out the crummy install from another installer. I came in today and got my tein camber plates installed today. They got me in and out without a hicup.

Thank you to everyone for their support. We work hard and enjoy taking care of each and every one of you guys.

Put 15 hours in today and got out at 2:00AM.

Today we dynotuned a 2009 Ralliart, 2005 EvoRed on Aquamist, did brakes on a 2005 blue GSR, camber plates on a black 2006 IX, installed injectors and FullBlown Twin Pumps on a white GSR and converted another 2005 GSR to E85. Long day to say the least.

We enjoy what we do and appreciate every one of you in our huge portfolio of customers.

Thank you.

hey how much whp/wtq did you put down on ttp's dyno? im assuming stock ix turbo?

wow....all i can say is wow high 11's with only exhaust and boost controller-thats ridiculous(....when hopefully ill get back early enough on saturday to go to the track and im not dead tired (leaving fort gordon, georgia at 3AM get there by 11AM to do the install/tune so idk how longs thats gonna take)

also im hoping the clutch will broken in and ready by the 450 mile drive back....i doubt it, i guess ill have to ask ttp see what they since about going to the track right after an install. if not - i guess ill have to wait for the next weekend

sooo...back from TTP. 364whp 358 wtq. went to track for my second time ran 12.61 at 112 last night tires spinning like crazy in first gear....even with tire pressure lowered to 22 psi. was granny shifting too. thing pulls like crazy. im very happy with the tune. if i do a meth setup....im definately going back there to get tuned. its either going to be meth or FP Red. was thinking about a GT35 HTA setup but im thinking probably FP red with a nice turbo manifold to go along with it and a set of injectors.

thanks again Scott!!
BTW Luis did my clutch in only 2.5 damn hours!
