After dozens of PM's to him, a few PM's to Mod's/Admins, it's about time I post this.

SS Performance has ignored me for 3+ months regarding 2 separate transactions.

-3+ months ago I sent payment for an oil filter housing + motor mount bracket. After waiting over a month for him to ship them I decided to look else where and requested a refund to which he agreed. 3 months later and plenty of him ignoring PM's still NOTHING. No excuse here what so ever on his part just horrible service.

-3+ months ago around the same time I payed for the oil filter housing I purchased a starter off him which he sent promptly. Upon close inspection the teeth appeared to have some metal "grazing" but I installed anyway only to find it screeching against the flywheel for 30 seconds every time. I notified him and he again agreed to a refund given I send it back. I have had it boxed up and ready to ship for 2 months awaiting an address to send it to which he as usual ignores to send after half a dozen PM's.

This guy is unwilling to resolve the issue and owes me money! How he's even still a vendor after I expressed the situation to a mod is beyond me. I'm sure he made it out like he's the victim but he literally has ZERO excuses and no explanation. This is 100% the story and all there is to it:

1. He owes me money for parts he NEVER shipped over the course of 3 months!
2. He send me a bad starter and agreed to refund but never provided me an address to send it to!

Toward the end of each month I've PM'd and PM'd due to having bills to pay and this guy ignores them or sends a single BS response to get my hopes up. I'm not waiting until the end of this month to get my money!

Admin/Mod DO something about this please!

 

That sucks man. I'll have to make sure I never do business there/with that vendor.

 

Well I've had numerous smooth transactions with him prior and so have other forum members.

I've given him long enough to resolve this before posting it in this section.

 

Never heard of them. Where are they located? Are they a forum vendor?

 

Yes he is a vendor regularly seen in the part outs section.

 

Bump, has a mod addressed this yet?

 

SS Performance hasn't logged in for more than a week. One of the Admins/Mod's who have his e-mail address available need to contact this guy, he can't remain a vendor if he's screwing people over I don't understand why nothing has been done!

 

Bump. End of the month and my bills came and went without this guy paying me what he owes me.

 

Did you actually PM a mod/admin?

 

Do you have their address?

File a small claims action against him for losses, plus court fees and expenses for going after him. If he is a no show, get a judgement against him, then he will be feeling some pain.

 

The first thing I did prior to this thread is PM a Admin. I then PM'd a mod who is very active on the forum 2 times about this. Do they just not look in here?

kwanza, it's really not worth going to those lengths for the amount he owes me. If it were in the $1000 range I'd be all over it.

Anyway this guy hasn't logged in for almost 2 weeks when he'd usually be on here every day. Don't they pay for their "vendor" status?

 

Just to let everyone know thanks to the helpful Admin's of this site his account has been disabled. I still have not received my funds and he is ignoring calls/e-mails.
